Two days and 37 jars of apple butter later and I am exhausted! That's just my part. She had the same amount of apples to deal with at her house.

A friend and I decided to take the kids apple picking..."what a fun way to spend the day" we said. "We can make a bunch of apple butter!"

Belated: Eagle River to Fairbanks
We took a quick trip up north for kicks in early March. Had a great time in Talkeetna, Denali National Park, and Fairbanks. Saw a herd of caribou in Denali. Got a great video! Also got to see McKinley, who was OUT on the drive up (though I have no pics because I was driving).
Winter Hiking Baldy
Hiking with a good friend is the best!!! This is two hikes worth of pics. Was amazing out both days. Started out single digits and ended up double digits higher up.
