Keep your real estate eye open, because I want to spend at least 5 minutes bikeriding around ex-Senator Ted Steven's shack in Girdwood, and I need an unbiased, objective eyeball to see if you can find the supposed extra 250,000 dollars worth of work he was convicted of having illegally done on his 1 deck A-frame shack. He already owned the 145,000 shack, paid an extra 165,000 dollars during the refurbishment, but was convicted of actually having an extra 250,000 dollars, work done on it and not claiming it. The trial was held in DC, so nobody at the tial was ever within 4,000 miles of the place, and now the conviction has ben overturned and all the Prosdecutors are going to trial for corruption. So, I want to keep this non -political, but if you have a final chance before you come to watch Brother John bang up another home or so in Beaufort, please get an idea of construction price per square foot, etc, and then give me your unbiased, eyeball appraisal of Ted Steven's Villa over chow and beers at the Double Musky Inn in scenic Girdwood, Alaska.
